Abstract
Online transient stability control system employed in Hubei Bureau is analysed.According to the system's structure and character,this paper introduces the structure of database system.And the database design process,database-performance optimization,data-access control,database security,and backup strategy are detailed.This scheme is instructional to the design of similar project-database.
