Abstract

Objective To investigate the relationship of the acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and the serume γ-glutamyltrans-ferase(GGT),and so as to detect the clinical predictive value of GGT with ACS patients. Methods 128 ACS patients was randomly selected,58 patients with unstable angina and 60 with acute myocardial infarction as study group,46 cases as a healthy contral group, detecting GGT,low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C) levels in serum. Results Compared with the control, the GGT,LDL-C level in unstable angina and myocardial infarction group were significantly increased(P0.05),while there was significantly difference between the acute myocardial infarction GGT and unstable angina group(P0.01),but LDL-C between the two groups no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion GGT levels with ACS is closely related to oxidative stress in vivo may reflect the ability to predict the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction,to help assess the severity of ACS patients.
