Excellent traditional Chinese culture refers to the culture which was created by the Chinese nation before 1840 and can be of service to China's modernization drive via its creative transformation of modern significance,involving its material level,knowledge and technology level,behavior level,art level and its ideology level,etc.The norms forexcellenceinvolve at least two aspects—the value norm and the functionality norm.Excellent traditional Chinese culture is the basis and the support for contemporary Chinese cultural construction
