Abstract
Objective: To probe into the change of CRP in acute pancreatitis and its clinical significance. Method :Respectively determined the serum CRP level of mild acute pancreatitis and severe acute pancreatitis in 1,2,4,7d and compared with health group. Result: ① The serum CRP levels of mild acute pancreatitis and severe acute pancreatitis were higher than control group on and after admission (P0.05); ② The serum CRP level of severe acute pancreatitis is higher than mild acute pancreatitis (P0.05); ③The serum CRP of severe acute pancreatitis increased drastically in the first day after admission (P0.05); ④ The peak of CRP level in severe acute pancreatitis appeared in the second after admission; ⑤The serum CRP of mild acute pancreatitis began to decrease in the fourth day after admission (P0.05),while it remained high in severe acute pancreatitis (P0.05); ⑥ The CRP levels of mild acute pancreatitis and severe acute pancreatitis decreased significantly in the seventh day (P0.05). Conclusion: The serum CRP level of severe acute pancreatitis is closely related to its disease conditions. The determination of serum CRP is helpful to know the change of condition.
