Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical application value of dynamic enhanced scan with spiral CT in the benign or malignant diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodule(SPN).Methods:62 patients with solitary pulmonary nodule treated by dynamic enhanced scan were chosen for study.For the situation of benign nodule,malignant nodule and inflammatory nodule,dynamic enhancement parameters of the groups were compared.Results:The enhanced peak of malignant and inflammatory nodules were higher than or equal to 20 Hu,while that of benign nodule was lower than or equal to 15 Hu.Most malignant nodule(58.29%) were even enhanced,while most inflammatory nodules(66.67%) were peripheral ring-like enhanced.Conclusion:The difference of microvessel constitute in benign and malignant SPN could be reflected by CT dynamic enhanced scan to observe the difference of PH,CT and enhanced mode.Thus it is useful to the qualitative diagnosis of SPN.
