Abstract
The reliable guaranteed cost state feedback control problem is studied for time-delay systems with actuator failures.A sufficient condition for the existence of reliable guaranteed cost controllers and a parameterized representation are derived via the linear matrix inequality approach.Based on that, the design problem of the optimal reliable guaranteed cost controller is solved.
