Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis of the upper urinary tract tumors. Methods The clinical data of 47 cases of upper urinary tract tumors were reviewed. Results 62%, 19%, 13% of the cases were first detected by intravenous urography, ultrasonography, and CT, respectively. The tumors were confirmed by endoluminal ultrasonography, ureteroscopy, and MR urography(MRU) in 2, 2, and 3 cases, respectively. Conclusion Intravenous urography is the main diagnosis of upper urinary tract tumors. Endoluminal ultrasonography, ureteroscopy and MRU can help diagnose the suspected cases.
