In 1930s, Dai Wangshu was a famous Chinese poet of modern style. He regarded to express his inner word in his creations. He adopted some rhetorical techniques, such as symbol, and combined the techniques of western modern poetry with the portrayed situation of Chinese traditional poetry well.
