Abstract
Objective To compare holmium laser lithotripsy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for ureteral stones efficacy,Of choice for the clinical treatment of ureteral stones provide a theoretical basis. Methods From January 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital for surgical treatment of ureteral calculi in 60 patients for the study.30 cases of ureteral stones in patients with holmium laser lithotripsy, set up for group Ⅰ,and the remaining 30 patients with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) treatment set up for group Ⅱ.Observed and recorded the operation time of the two groups of patients,1 month after stone-free rate and complications. Results Operative time of group Ⅰ was significantly shorter than group Ⅱ,group I after a stone clearance rate of 90%,was significantly higher than in group Ⅱ,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P 0.05).Group Ⅰ of ureteral perforation, infection, mucosal avulsion, stones shift the number of cases was significantly less than in group Ⅱ,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral stones efficacy is superior to extra corporeal shock wave lithotripsy, with shorter operative time, row of stone rate, fewer complications, worthy of promotion.
