Abstract

Objective To compare the efficacy of holmium laser and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for ureteral ureteral stone. Methods Thirty-eight cases holmium laser treatment as the observation group,38 cases were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy as the control group. Results The operative time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, hospital stay of the observation group was lower than the control group, once the gravel success rate of the observation group was significantly higher the the control group, patients were followed up for 3 months, after three months, the stones the net emission rate in the observation group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Complications of the observation group was significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The holmium laser surgery has significantly extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, shorter operative time, fewer complications, and exclusive stone rate, and it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
