The purpose of criminal law is of independent researching value.Theoretical divergence indicates that we should discuss the proper purpose of criminal law.For a proper interpretation of the purpose of criminal law,only if we stand at the perspective of the purpose of national power and the value of constitution,start from the particularity of criminal law and follow the specific speculations of constitution and criminal law can we give concrete and deep illustration of it.The sole purpose of making and implementing criminal law is to protect the rights of all the people(including the criminals) from being violated.
