Abstract
Objective To investigate the roles of C3、C4 and CRP in the pathogenesis of pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).MethodsThe serum levels of C3、C4 and CRP of 30 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH group),20 normal late pregnant women(NLP group) and 20 normal non-pregnant women(NNP group)were detected by immunoturbidimetry.ResultsCompared with the NLP and NNP group, serum levels of C3、C4 in the PIH group decreasedand CRP increased significantly.ConclusionsComplements and inflammation involved in morbidity and progression of PIH;Dynamic monitoring of serum level of C3、C4 and CRP will be helpful to early diagnosis of PIH.
