A Study Base on Resource-Saving and Environment-Friendly Perspective of Comprehensive Evaluation of the County Economy Competitiveness

With a view to the deficiency of the current evaluation methods in county economy competitiveness research,based on the point of view of resource-saving and environment-friendly,this paper have constructed the comprehensive evaluationg index system of county economy competitiveness.By using multi-index statistic method,we evalue the overall economy competitiveness in Hunan province for each county,reveals the spatial disparity of the county economy competitiveness in Hunan province.Based on this,tentative countermeasures for implanting and upgrading county level economy competiveness are put forward.
