Empirical Analysis and Evaluation on the Key Competence of County Economy in Hunan Province

The key competitiveness of county economy is the results of comprehensive functions with many factors. Regression analysis reveals that industrial structure has prominent influence on county economic growth,labour and government's expenditure have certain influence on county economic growth,and the state-owned economy's role on county economic growth is not prominent. A core competitiveness evaluation index system is established with 6 second index,35 tertiary index. Finally,an empirical analysis of Hunan Province is given with entropy method.
