Abstract
To deal with the discordance in understanding and describing military requirements, the concept and characteristics of military requirements are discussed, and the multi-level and multi-view structure is built based on the architecture framework theory. Then the formalized description of a general military requirement framework is proposed, the products are presented to describe mission view, capability view, system view and technical view for military requirements. Finally, the key points involved are analyzed. The results could provide beneficial reference to the theoretical research and practice of military requirements.
