Characteristics of Permian Palynological Assemblages in Tangkou of Shandong Province

Abstract

Through study and analysis on Permian spores-pollen assemblages in tangkou area,three Permian palynological assemblages have been established in this area.They are Densosporites-Crassispora assemblage,Gulisporites-Sinulatisporites assemblage,and Anticapipollis-Macrotorispora assemblage.These three palynological assemblages represent characteristics of Taiyuan formation,Shanxi formation and Xiashihezi formation and Shangshihezi formation.Its geological ages belong to early Permian,middle Permian and early and late Permian respectively.
