Abstract

This essay analyzes the main problems we have in the mathematics teaching reform in colleges and universities whose orientation is applied science.It especially makes an exploration about the teaching reform of Advanced Mathematics.To enhance the quality of teaching,it strongly insists on bettering the teaching materials,improving the teaching method,introducing the multimedia and developing students' ability.It gives a summary of the achievements we have gained in teaching reform.In addition,it throws some light for the direction we are going to head for in the course of teaching reform in the near future.
