Abstract

Presently many enterprises realizes that internal logistics is important in cost saving,improvement of logistics benefit and enterprise management.To promote a continuous development and enhance the core business competence,more and more enterpsises are optimizing the internal logistics management,even using the 3PL.Based on SGMW internal logistics current status,this test tries to find major issues of SGMW internal logistics and introduce 3PL for a modern,professional logistics service and establish a integration lean logistics management model.
