Abstract
The evolution and extension of civilization to civilization,is the reconsidered of social develop model after people experiencing the crisis.On the basis of examining the natural,the spirit and the social purpose,humanity finally established the basic paradigm and the functional requirements of civilization,which promoted eco-performance,low-carbon consumption,green producing,ecological protection and ecological culture five in one model of development.It also become the major framework of building civilization.
