Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of the excimer laser assisted in situ keratomileusis for the correction of myopia.Methods 421 eyes of 360 cases were performed LASIK and followed up for at least one year.Results At one year after surgery,the refraction ranged from+1.08 ±0.78D.The uncorrected visual acuity (97.1%) was 1.0.Conclusion LASIK is an effective method for the correction of myopia.However,the operation technique and parameters remain to be futher studied.
