Therapeutic observation of domestic omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer

OBJECTIVE To study the efficacy of domestic omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer.METHODS 112 patients of peptic ulcer assessed by endoscopy were randomly divided into two groups-observation group and control group.80 patients in observation group were treated with domestic omeprazole 20mg bid p.o.for the first week and for the rest day qd duodenal ulcer was treatal for 28d.gastric ulcer was treated for 56d.32 patients in control group received imported omeprazole its dose,way and course were consistent with observation group.At the same time each patients in two group additionally took anti-Helicobacter pylori drugs for two week.RESULTS The cured,marked and total effective rate of observation group were 58.75%,27.50% and 86.25%,and that of cntrol group were 59.38%,31.25% and 90.63% respectively.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups(P0.05).CONCLUSION Domestic omeprazole and imported omeprazole possess same therapeutic effect in the treatment of peptic ulcer.
