Investigation on Position and Role of National Engineering Research Center of Agriculture in Serving Construction of New Socialist Countryside

Building new socialist countryside is an important strategic objective put forward by the 5th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee,and it will be our country's great project of social progress and development in the long run.In the system,the National Engineering Technology Research Center lies in the high priority of high-tech industry,which can support and the technological progress.This paper discusses some new modes of strengthening achievement transformation,radiation of technology,talent training,promoting new agricultural industrialization,with the purpose of playing the powerful guidance and services,promoting agricultural progress,strengthening farmer's quality of science and technology,increasing economic profit,creating new agricultural industries.
