Research of Science and Technology Support System in Building a New Socialist Countryside

Scientific and technological progress is an important support of building a socialist new countryside,the endogenous driver of developing agricultural production,increasing peasant's income,and the intrinsic request of realizing the integration of urban and rural areas as a whole.The empirical analysis shows that the rural residents' per capita productive science and technology investment has significant effect on their income.Therefore,in the construction of the new socialist countryside,in order to increase farmers' income,we should create the systems of the key technology,science and technology innovation,science and technology popularization,science and technology talents nurturing,and network service of modern agriculture and governments have full role of promoting the farmers long-term income increasing.
