Abstract

Career planning for the college students has gradually won the attention from the students,colleges and society and become a main topic on improving the efficiency in the work of employment guidance.Therefore,to discuss the current statue,shortage as well as solutions of career planning in employment guidance plays an important role in enhancing the efficiency in the work of employment guidance for the college students.
