Reflections on Employment and Career Guidance to College Students

Abstract
This paper finds that the transform of college students ' employment system and the weaknesses of vocational education in colleges and universities lead to the employment of college graduates at a loss,hindering the reform of higher education in China.It realizes that the function of vocational education in colleges and universities should be emphasized and employment awareness and career planning should be reinforced in higher education to train the college students to meet the demands of our society.
