Abstract

Using water as elution reagents and purified by n-Butanol total-saponins was extracted with microwave. After many experiments, the better conditions were drawn, that is extraction power of 400W,the microwave extraction time of 4 minutes, the ratio of 1∶15.The extraction rate of platydin was 3.68mg/g.This technique is simple with low cost.
