Abstract
This paper outlines the relationship between legal language and legal philosophy,and analyzes the types of legal texts as well as their translation.With the guidance of legal philosophical thoughts,it puts forward that the dialectical relationshipz between legal form and legal connotation,and between the accuracy and fuzziness of the translation should be realized while legal texts are translated.
