Abstract
131 sheep which were naturally infected with oestrus ovis larva were used to conduote the experiment of effect of Ivermectin dry suspension agent(ID SA)on deworming oestrus ovis larva in sheep IDSA were orally given to sheep in a dose of 0.1,0.2 and 0.3mg/kg,resp.and not given drug to the sheep in the control group. The results showed that the deworming clean rate and deworming rate of deworming oestrus ovis larva were 100%.in the sheep which were orally given in a dose of 0.2 and 0.3mg/kg IDSA.The deworming clean rate and deworming rate were 93.9% and 98.6% in a dose of 0.1mg/kg,resp.The results of the experiment proved that IDSA was very effective for deworming oestrus ovis larva.IDSA in a dose 0.2m/kg was effective and safe as clinical dose.
