Application of patch foe in the treatment of incisional hernia

Abstract
Objective To explore the etiology,treatment and the perioperative management of abdominal incisional hernia.Methods 29 patients with incisional hernia treated in our hospital from February 2003 to September 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Result All the patients were tch.The patients had no serious postoperative complications and were all cured.None of the patients recurred during a follow-up of 1～ 2 years.Conclusion Repairing incisional hernia with artificial patch is a safe and effective measure.
