The Existing Problems and Thoughts in the Development of Higher Vocational Education at Present

With the continual development of higher vocational education in our country,some problems occur,such as the poor skills for teaching staff,lack of scientific and research ability,high talents mobility and so on,which are not suitable for vocational education.Therefore,it should reform the mode of college-enterprise cooperation,and extend the thought of college-enterprise cooperation.It should organize scientific and research team to cultivate innovative talents.It can adjust talents' strategy to perfect stimulating mechanism.It should deepen teaching reform to stand out the characteristics of vocational education.
