Abstract

The parameters such as the extruding temperature,energy consumption per unit volume,viscosity and die pressure for pin barrel extruder during production process were studied.Through the regression analysis of the experimental data,the significance test showed that the regression equations obtained were highly significant.The results indicated that the correlation degree with the extruding temperature gradually decreased in the following order:extruding zone heating temperature,die zone heating temperature,screw heating temperature,plasticizing zone heating temperature,screw rotate speed and die size.The regression equations could be used in guiding the extruding techniques,the forecast of the energy consumption per unit volume and the extruding temperature of compound.
