Abstract

Based on the simplified physical model of the plasticizing zone in pin barrel extruder,and according to the energy equation in the field of rheology analysis,the heat transfer model of the plasticizing zone in pin barrel extruder was established.The results showed that curve fitting could be split into 3 sections:burgeoning section,mildly increase section and steady increase section.The mildly increase section showed the best comprehensive condition of extruding temperature,quality and energy consumption.
