Abstract
Independent innovation is one of the national core competence,which is also the basic motive force of sustainable development of national economics and society.It is necessary as well as the most effective means to structure a complete independent innovation network in order to improve our independent innovation ability.This paper explains the meaning to promote independent innovation ability in China.According to the main problems we faced in the course of promoting independent innovation ability,we present the network structure of independent innovation system and also put forward some countermeasures so as to optimize independent inovation system and environment and promote independent innovation ability through structuring the independent innovation network.
