Abstract

Four isolates of Curvularia lunata were isolated from the different counties of Sichuan and inoculated in maize for pathogenicity test and resistance identification.The results indicated there were different in the pathogenicity among the isolates.Among 239 crossing combinations of maize identified by inoculation of the mixture of four isolates, two varieties were highly resistant (95-4, SL 98052), 18 resistant (Sau 2000-9, Jingdan 42) and 61 intermediately resistant,and 158 accessions susceptible to C. lunata.
