Abstract

A scientific outlook on development is the concentrated embodiment of the outlook on world and methodology guiding development.Correct scientific approaches are one of essential factors of the implementation of a scientific outlook on development.Also,these approaches can insure that a scientific outlook on development will be a long-term guiding principle upholding in promoting our country's reform and opening-up and socialist modernization.
