Exploration in Comprehensive Performance Evaluation on Model College Construction Based on Scientific Outlook on Development

As important guidelines on the strategies and economic and social development for socialism with Chinese characteristics,scientific outlook on development is instructive for reforms and development of emerging higher education.With pratices of the state model construction of higher vocational colleges,the paper expounded the effectiveness of college model contruction from the perspective of scientific outlook on development,which is conducive to meeting the demands of model construction on development,reform and management.It provided references for the colleges to carry out scientific development.
