Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of micro-invasive surgical for hematoma combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 112 cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected from June 2008 to June 2010 in our hospital and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 56 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional medical treatment and micro-invasive surgical for hematoma therapy,on this basis the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine. Results:The basic recovery rate was 46.43%,the total efficiency rate was 87.50% of observation group, which were significantly higher than those of control group(21.43%,66.07%),the difference was statistically different(P0.05);the hematoma volume of observation group was less than that of the control group 7,14 days after treatment, there was a significant difference between groups on the 14th day(P0.05);NDS and ADL of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group 30,90 days after treatment(P 0.05).Conclusions:Micro-invasive surgical for hematoma combined with traditional Chinese therapy on ICH can speed up the absorption of residual hematoma, effectively promote the recovery of neurological function, improve daily living and reduce the mortality and morbidity. It is worthy of clinical application.
