Analysis on Key Factors for Success Based on CMM and OPM~3

On the basis of discussion on development of software project management and,this paper summarizes and induces 31 key elements which influence software project management and establishes a 3-hiberarchy Model on Software Project Management,which is grounded on problems arising from the development of Chinese Project Management Body of Knowledge and maturity model of software ability.Through collecting data by questionnaires on software project manager,it analyzes and validates the correctness and feasibility of the 3-hiberarchy Model on Software Project Management with the purpose of improving the CMM level of enterprises dealing with software through software project management.
