Study of fatty liver treated by Zhiganle capsule

Abstract

Objective To study fatty liver treated by Zhiganle capsule. Methods 201 cases with fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group (n=101) were given Zhiganle capsule, patients in control group (n=100) were given Tiopronin. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (92.07%) was markedly higher than that in control group (81.00%, P0.05). Improvement of liver function, fat deposition, triglycerides and hyaluronate in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion Zhiganle capsule could effectively treat fatty liver.
