Abstract
The industrialization of agriculture, an inevitable product of the development of socialist market economy, is an important way to the realization of agricultural modernization. On the basis of analysizing the social and economical features of the developing area, this paper points out the characteristics and the existing problems in the agricultural industrialization in these areas, also puts forward the crucial links of the agricultural industrialization (that must be done well) from the four following aspects: building leading enterprises; establishing market system; promoting the progress of science and technology and perfecting the functioning mechanism in order to provide a basic approach for the development of industrialization of agriculture in these areas.
