Countermeasures of Carrying out Agricultural Industrialization in Heilongjiang

Realizing agricultural industrialization is the objective requirement for re-organization of agriculture, agricultural modernization and gearing agriculture of our province into international conventions. There are some problems and factors which restrain the agricultural industrialization of Heilongjiang province, and it is necessary to further enhance agricultural industrialization, so we should adjust industrial structure, establish leading industry, build specialized bases for commodity production with large scale, foster and support leading enterprises, improve market system, strengthen management mechanism of industrialization, and reinforce the macroscopic readjustment and control of government.
