Analysis of Land-use Dynamic Change and its Main Driving Factors in Southeast-Lu Region

Using the models of the land-use change rate,the single land-use dynamic degree,the comprehensive land-use dynamic degree and the composite index of land-use degree,this article analysed the land-use change and its driving factors of Linyi city during the 14 years on the basis of the data of land-use type change of the ctiy in 1991,1996,2000 and 2005.The findings indicate:agricultural land area increased;the agricultural land structure changed;the change in garden land was the biggest,and compared with 1991 the growth rate reached to 48.35%;there was an increase in forest land;construction land area has been showing growth;the dydamic change rate of residential and industrial mining land was relatively small between 1996 and 2000;in 1991,1996,2000 and 2005,the composite index of land-use degree were 267.86,268.89,270.47,276.61 in Linyi City,respectively,which showed a high degree of land development and utilization.The policy,the fast development of economy and transportation,the population growth were all the main driving factors for the land-use change.
