The Application of Congnition Model for Knowledge Transfer into Enterprise Management

Knowledge has become the fundamental assets of a corporation and knowledge transfer proved more important in an organization.However,currently the role of technology in knowledge transfer is not satisfactory.This paper explores the cognitive process of knowledge transfer and analyzes the cause of knowledge transfer difficulties.It is important to consider the selection of information technology and how to enhance knowledge transfer in the cognitive process.
