Abstract

ISP may be divided into Internet Information Service Provider and Internet Technology Service Provider.In order to balance the relationship between the development of the network and the benefits of copyright owners,this article makes a deep analysis of the tort liability of ISP as well as its principles,and proposes some pieces of constructive advice.
