Abstract

Objective To observe serum levels of CD62 p expression and its clinical significance in patients with coronary heart disease( CHD). Methods Experimental subjects were selected 179 cases, including SAP patients with 32 cases( group A),UAP patients with 66 cases( group B),AMI patients with 39 cases( group C) and 42 cases of healthy control subjects( group D),serum concentration of CD62 p was measured by Elisa. Results Concentration of CD62 p in group A,B and C were higher than that in D group(P 0. 05),and that in C group higher than B group(P 0. 05),that in B group higher than A group(P 0. 05). Conclusion The concentration of serum CD62 p in patients with CHD is higher than that of the healthy control group, the serum concentration of CD62 p in different types of patients with CHD was different.
