EXPRESSION OF PLATELET-ACTIVATING FACTOR WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME

Abstract

Objective To explore the relationship between the expressions of CD62P(the membrane glycoprotein alpha particles) and CD63(lysosomal membrane glycoprotein) and the acute coronary syndrome(ACS) in platelet membranes.Methods 76 patients with ACS were randomly divided into Group A of 22 cases of acute myocardial infarction and Group B of 54 cases of unstable angina group.42 normal subjects formed a control group(Group C).Results The CD62P positive expressions of Group A,Group B and Group C were(6.11 ± 1.84)%,(4.18 ± 1.51)% and(2.51 ± 0.71)% respectively.The CD63 positive expressions of Group A,Group B and Group C were(6.12 ± 1.45)%,(4.22 ± 1.26)% and(2.19 ± 0.81)% respectively.Significant differences were found when Group A and Group B group were compared with group C(P0.01) and when Group A was compared with Group B(P0.01).Conclusion The CD62P and CD63 expressions in patients are the influencing factors of thrombopoiesis and early myocardial infarction and the determination of them can contribute to the clinical diagnosis and prevention of the disease,the monitoring of curative effects and the evaluation of the prognosis.
