Abstract

As a type of social cultural activities centered on body activities,sports improves people's physical and mental health,realize full development,and reveals human nature.However,since utilitarian values and instrumental rationalism embodied in modern sports deviates from human nature,modern sports should have return the value of study for its own sakeand rational values of original Olympicsso as to realize the value objectives of full and free development of human.
