Abstract
Objective To observe clinical curative effect of montelukast combined with budesonide inhalation in treatment of children with cough variant asthma. Methods 76 cases children with cough variant asthma who were admitted to our hospital outpatient department from July 2012 to February 2013,randomly divided into control group( treated by budesonide) 43cases,and experimental group( treated by montelukast combined with budesonide) 33 cases. Curative effect and FEV1,PEF,FEV1/FVC of two groups were compared. Results Experimental group's total effective percentage( 93. 94%) was higher than control group's( 90. 70%),the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). After treatment FEV1,PEF,FEV1/FVC of two groups increased than before treatment, and experimental group were higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Clinical application of montelukast combined with budesonide inhalation in treatment of children with cough variant asthma has very good curative effect.
