Abstract

Human resource involves the flourish and decay of western enterprises and their sustainable development. At the present time, the state of human resource in western enterprises isn't satisfying. If western enterprises want to develop rapidly, they must put special emphasis on the exploitation and management of human resource. Analyzing the present state of human resource in western enterprises, this article puts forward some countermeasures on the exploitation and management of human resource.
