Abstract

In a new economic era enterprises regard dnowledge as the key resource,and the development and management of human resource become the core function of enterprises.The article hereby elaborates that Training-style is a new mode of the development of human resource in a new economic era,and Flexibility is the new characteristic of management of human resource in a new economic era.
